Delete Your Drive Sight Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Drive Sight® account and the data associated with it.

Quickest option: Open the Drive Sight app, sign in, open Profile, and use the Delete Account option.

How to request account deletion

  1. Open Drive Sight and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. Open the Profile screen.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Follow the confirmation prompt to complete the request.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion.


What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, Drive Sight will delete or schedule deletion of account data we control that is associated with your account, including:

What data may be retained

Some limited records may be retained after an account deletion request where needed for legitimate business or legal reasons, such as:

Purchases processed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe may also remain subject to those providers' own retention policies.

Retention period for retained data

Where data cannot be deleted immediately, Drive Sight will retain only the minimum necessary information for the required purpose and only for as long as needed. Residual backups or security logs may remain for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law, fraud prevention, tax, or payment record obligations.

Partial deletion requests

At this time, Drive Sight does not provide a separate self-service tool to delete individual categories of account data without deleting the account. If you have a specific privacy request, contact [email protected].
